Policy and terms

What is Included with the Rental

Each bounce house rental is for the business day, with the hours varying on location and other factors. You let us know when you need the bounce house for and what time works best for pickup. We will work as best as we can to accommodate these times during scheduling and the day of your event.

Every bounce house rentals includes the bounce house selected, the blower, 50' of extension cord, and requires a standard outlet from your house to operate the blower. If 50' is not long enough we have another extension cord available for an additional $25 for the day.

Inclement Weather

Should there be heavy precipitation or high wind for your day you will receive your deposit back and have the option to re-book for another day if needed. If the bounce house or bouncy castle is set up and then the winds pick up or it begins to rain, the customer must deflate the bounce house or bouncy castle, shelter the blower from the precipitation, and wait until the weather clears or wind reduces to a safe limit. No refunds will be issued or re-scheduling if the bounce house or bouncy castle has already been set up.

Required Operating Space

It is the customer or "Renters" responsibility to measure the area for the bounce house or bouncy castle at the private residence it will be used at. The provided measurements are on the Photos of each of the four bounce houses or bouncy castles along with an extra four feet (4') of area around the bounce house or bouncy castle needed for safety. Should Pump it up Bounce House Rentals arrive and there is not enough space, the bounce house or bouncy castle will not be set up and the deposit will be kept. If this occurs other options may be available at an addition cost.
